A Couple of Important Updates from Whitman's Bike Shop
As a locally owned small business, we're always looking for ways to continue providing the best products and service possible while keeping our prices as competitive as we can. To help us do that, we've made a couple of updates we'd like to share with our customers.
E-Bike Service Policy:
Our technicians provide full service for the e-bike brands we sell and support:
• Velotric
• Aventon
• Troxus
• Himiway
• Urtopia
• Buzz
• Retrospec
• Lectric
For other e-bike brands, we're still happy to service the standard bicycle components such as tires, tubes, chains, brakes, and gears. However, we are unable to diagnose or repair the electrical systems on unsupported brands. Customers must remove and keep their battery before bringing these bikes in for service.
Credit Card Processing Fee:
Effective immediately, a 3% processing fee will be applied to purchases made with a credit card.
No processing fee applies when paying with cash or check.
